As a 7th generation Californio, from Manhattan Beach, Kip is a third-generation Realtor. At the age of 13 he became the youngest person in local competition to achieve blue ribbon Grand Champion awards for equestrian and livestock competitions. This set the stage for his high level of personal achievements and robust work ethic. After receiving a B.A from U.C.L.A he began his career with the Segerstrom Real Estate Group in Orange County as a Project Manager for administrative and retail locations for the banking industry. He went on the become a Mortgage Loan Officer in Beverly Hills which led to the intuitive transition of real estate sales representing a client base from the individual buyer and seller, banks to the luxury condominium developer. From the Westside he cultivated the L.A. To Palm Springs real estate marketplace for second homes, vacation rentals and multifamily investments.
As respected Broker, experienced negotiator and sales producer, he also serves as a certified California Association Instructor for organization contracts throughout the South land; MLO and NMLS trained.
Alongside Kip's real estate activity he is helping the less fortunate; the homeless community. His community service interests reflect his professional passion being involved with PATH People Assisting the Homeless (LA), Habitat for Humanity (LA), Coachella Valley Housing Coalition and the MacDonald Wright Youth Transitional Housing (LA). As a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer volunteering as a swimming instructor for inner city youth.
In his off hours he takes in the local landscape as a PADI Diver, windsurfing and catamaran sailing, during the winter months he is the avid snowboarder.
